Strange kicker point

Looks like it definitely forks or splits. Heavy buck on the bottom as well. Both in the same area?

I think the buck in the second photo is the same as the first. We are looking at a "top view" of the tine rather than a "front view".

Correct me if I am wrong.

That is correct. Same buck. You can see the kicker with at least a fork at the end in the bottom picture.

How often do to get photos of bucks with points like this one i.e. drop tines, large stickers, etc.?

Rare, but it does occur. The two most common non-typical points in my area are a single kicker point growing off the back of a beam and split/multiple browtines.

Never seen him before. Yeah, I'm going with 3 1/2 until he fills out for the rut. He might be older, but I can't justify that yet.
