Some of my bell peppers and pablonos. Filled with Italian sausage and pepper-jack cheese. I boiled the peppers for 15 minutes before cooking in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes and 5 minutes on low broil. Pretty tasty, pablonos were too hot for me however. My Grandmother used to make them stuffed with rice dressing and they were excellent.
