I vacationed in North Georgia last summer. I told myself there was no way I could deer hunt in that kind of terrain. Kudos on a great deer in some beautiful yet rugged country!

Great buck!!! Those north GA mountains are tough. As a kid I use to follow my uncle around in north GA and those mountains are steep and tall. You earn those bucks.

Oh yeah these mountains are not forgiving. When I moved to Blue Ridge I learned very quickly its not the same as hunting middle Tennessee. Ive killed bigger deer but I have to say this is the one I am the most proud of!
