I'd say either Bigfoots or Kenneth Davis taxidermy would both be a good choice

Good deer! Bigfoot does a good job. Aim small, miss small.

That's about the lowest price I have found. My father in law in New York said up there you can't get one mounted for less than $800 or $1000. Also all of the taxidermist are behind because of covid and supply shortages and shipping
