^^^^^ADR is correct. I don't think there is a cell camera out there that transmits EVERY photo taken and saved to SD card, but I could be mistaken.

Tactacam Reveals only send the 2nd picture of a multi-shot.. they are designed to do that.
I have had one out for a few weeks now and I'm impressed with it for the price.. I also have a Spartan GoCam which I like a little better for features BUT it does cost a few hundred bucks more. For $99, you cant beat a Reveal.

^^^^ My good friend has used Spartans for years. He got a few Tactacams this summer and has since bought several more. That speaks volumes to me. Like you, he said the Spartans are more feature rich, but they cost 3-4x too. We have been buying our Tactacams for $100 flat. I just hope they last 3+ years, only time will tell.

I love mine . I bought 2 just to try them out and been impressed so far with them.. actually they get better service than my covert.

^^^ Heavy on the "IF" from the guys I know who have tried them. I suspect some have decent luck with them but from listening to my friends and reading online reviews, Spypoint struggles.
No doubt they struggle. I'd like something but the whole reason to have a cell camera is to not have to go check it all the time. Hopefully they'll correct this as I'd like to move on from the spypointsAndy S.":79kl0d7v said:

For those of you who want the video feature, follow the link below to read instructions and update firmware. The older cameras most likely need this firmware update, the newer cams are shipping with it. I have not completed this step for my older cameras and will not be able to for a few days, so I cannot answer any questions at this point. I suspect I will have some myself like will it send videos, if so is there a maximum length it will send, etc. The video feature can only be turned on at the camera, not from the app.

Update: as of this time, the camera will NOT send videos to the app. It will store the video on SD card and send a still pic to app if you have settings set up to transmit a still photo.
