Another great year in the books. Tagged my second buck late this evening. First one during muzzleloader. Decided to go on late to work one morning and it just happened to be the right day and killed a nice 10 pt. Today I was needing to split firewood and couldn't get my brand new log splitter to start 
. So at around 3:30 I decided I was going to hunt the rest of the day. I've been needing to thin the doe herd out but the only deer I seen this evening was about 10 minutes before legal shooting light ended and it was a nice wide 8pt. It was an intense state down for a moment as he showed up out of nowhere. Was a great hunt and a great season. Now back to fishing and firewood
