Something you need to understand. It makes no difference about the quality of the product. It is all about promotional budgeting. Last week I lost my Ford sponsorship due to budget reductions. I am now talking with Toyota.

A sponsorship is totally about income and exposure. IF Will could get a good deal with Sham Wow he would take it. So would I. To us, it just income. When a hole opens, you fill it. I have no idea what Will' price tag is but I would guess around $65,000. In today's economy, you talk to anyone with a checkbook.

maybe for some people. I NEVER endorsed a drum product because of money or free gear.

Wanted to add that I have had several endorsements and when using a product I ALWAYS used what I liked. When approached by companies to change I thanked them but told them NO.

I am sure Primos uses what they like but in thier position I understand that they have payroll to make and need a sponsor from a bow company. My point in my post is that being a product fluffy kittens and bouncing from company to company will bite you later.

BW I am not lumping you in that category. Just disagree with you. But your use to that.

I shoot a Mathews bow and like it. Yea you already know that, but hear me out.

There are a lot of good bows out there now.

Mathews may not make the best bows. In fact they probably do not.

They dominate because they spend the bucks.
Big bucks.

If I owned Bowtech, I would borrow a zillion dollars, and go after Mathews dollar for dollar.

I don't own the company, and I can't borrow a zillion, but I will never understnad why other good bow manufacturors do not stand up to Mathews.

They ALLOW them to dominate everything.
If you make a good bow, then spend, spend, spend to SELL them.

Manufacturing a bow is 50% of the deal.
You have to sell them to make money.

I just don't get it.

Maybe some day it will happen, but it hasn't yet,and Mathews just keeps getting bigger and bigger.

We all know I'm a Mathews gut too, but I agree here. Bowtech would take HUGE market share if they would start paying contingencies.

I don't really care if they shoot a switch with yarn tied to each end...I like the show and will continue to buy the dvd's just for the entertainment value....especially as the season draws near I like watching....Of course, I usually watch a few Dan Fitzgerald's old videos too, just to further get me in the mood...

Man, now i'll have to watch Will and the guys shoot a Mathews? I guess I'll have to find another program to see other hunters shooting one of my Bows I just bought.

I'll watch Primos no matter what brand they shoot . They produce a good hunting show . :)
I agree Radar.
