Been a HC kind of guy for years now, would love to have one of th newer ones but dont have hands on access & was curious if anyone has any first hand experience with them ??

OR...you mite shoot tournaments & have heard some good, bad & ugly about them.

Heres the skinny on HCA. My wife has a 2008 Speed Force 26.5" draw 60# 330 gr arrow 287fps. Awesome shooting bow, smooth and quiet. A friend of mine has the 09' Speed Pro 30' draw 71# 451 gr arrow is 295 fps. It shoots alot like the speed force. A customer of mine has the new 2013 Xtreme. Very very smooth draw and very very fast. I think he is shooting 320-325 @ 28" 70#. I dont remember what arrow. It has a little bit of hand vibration but is very quiet and they arent as high as many other brands. Around $6-700 if I am not mistaken. I like Xtreme my customer has so much I am pondering becoming a dealer for them in 2014. I am very impressed with their stuff the past few years and the best part, they are made right here in Tennessee.

I've been a die hard fan since the the late 80s or early 90s, kept my Safari untill about 5 years ago & it still shot great but ugraded to a pro premier & gave the safari away, HC was/is one of the most inovative archery companies out ther.

I was hope'n the newer ones had been out long enuff that peopel had caught onto any bugs that may have been in them, but as always (proven track record here folks) HC seems to be perfect rite off the shelf, have done sevral searches on sevral sites & nothing bad has turned up.

just researching my (hopefully) next bow, if you get a dealer ship let us know, like ya said... made rite here in good ol TN.

Give the guys at "The Harvest" a call at 423-618-1801 or 423-309-9580. They are a new shop located in Rhea County and are HC dealers and usually have several in stock to try out. I bought the new X10 speed pro from em and to me it is the smoothest drawing bow I have own to date. They are straight up guys.

Took my old trusty rusty HC to get a serving replaced & a new quiver, feels good in the hand, it'll do just fine for another year, surely by then I'll have a new one, High Coutry of course.
