Tennessee baseball is playing INSANE

I guess I should have said fun game. Both teams made a lot of mistakes. I thought the mistakes was going to hurt Bama when Tennessee went up 3-0 but then Tennessee started making mistakes and helped Bama put up a big inning.

As a Tennessee fan I take solace in the fact that Doyle walked in 2 runs and hit at least 2 batters, the defense had one error and several missed plays that could've been scored as errors, and they still had a chance at the end losing by one run to the #12 team in the country. If there's a silver lining that's all I can come up with.

First time seeing him pitch this year. He definitely gave Alabama a few runs. Both teams made great plays and then several dumb plays. I don't remember his name but the second pitcher for Alabama couldn't get out his own way to make an out.
The way Tennessee has been playing I honestly was just hoping Alabama wouldn't get swept this series. Now I'm hoping they can take the series and didn't just catch Tennessee on a bad night.

No they absolutely suck. Just terrible. Never mind they are 21-2, the #1 team in the country, and defending national champions.

Nice win TN! It's gonna be an interesting rubber match tomorrow! We will have our hands full when we play AL and AU this season.

Miss state went to Norman and handed #10 Ok a loss on their first ever sec home game. Was a pitchers duel, both teams have talented starting pitchers.

Wasn't on tv so had to check espn app ever so often for updates. It was half over by the time I got home from high school baseball game but goo win for the Vols to even the series. LSU and Texas are on the SEC network so while everybody else is watching basketball I'm tuned it to baseball.

I didn't get to watch this game. Just kept up with the scores. Congrats to Tennessee. Hopefully Alabama will bounce back in game 3. RTR!

I watched the most of it. Every time I thought Vols had a comfy lead, bama would battle back. They definitely aren't going to just lay down go away when trailing by several runs.

Solid team, let's see what tomorrow brings and who can clinch the series!
