Tequila lime shrimp w/homemade cocktail sauce,
Lobster tails w/homemade garlic butter sauce, Salad, and cheddar biscuits on the Weber.
Take a shot or 2 of tequila and mix it with a little lime juice and I also added some garlic habanero rub. Next take a shot or 2 if tequila....
Then skewer and put medium tail on shrimp on the grill. Dont let it sit in marinade long or else it can start cooking it. Mine was in for about 15 minutes.
