Shooting Remington 870 20 ga youth model with 21" barrel

1) 25 yds with Redhead full choke .620
301 in 10"

2) 50 yds with same choke 93 in 10"

3) 25 yds with Undertaker ex-full choke .572
388 in 10"

4) 50 yds with same choke 128 in 10"

Think I'll stay with the ex-full choke for
My wife gun

I see 4 dead turkeys. If you are going to keep your shots to 40 and less, the full will be plenty adequate, and probably be fine out to 50 based on the pattern above. Either way you go, you will be set as long as you don't pull off. #9 TSS pellets really change the game with the sub-gauge guns (20, 28 and .410).

is there a reason you choose 25 and 50 as the test yardage? just curious really

At Memphis shooters it's pre-set yardage. They don't offer free stands targets

That's the next gun on my list. I almost pulled the trigger on the Remi youth at Walmart a couple months back.

The TSS #9 helped me get my first bird with a .410. It's deadly stuff!

FYI there is a shotgun pattern board on the old 600 yard range behind the sporting clays range. There is no bench but you can shoot at any distance you need. Good luck.

2 oz 8 and 9 mixed.

Look forward to the pattern!

Was getting ready to order all the components to load some 12's when I found 2 boxes of Winchester Long Beard XR 3.5 in # 5
