.........has long since worn off! I was shooting in new sight marks at 50 yards and this happens on the 2nd shot! This is expensive! But, this is something you don't see everyday, a Gold Tip X-cutter Pro that's been hooded about dead center as possible. The impact drove the Shrewd G-Nock bushing deep into the length of the shaft!

and you want to talk about how good i shot this past weekend? LOLOL that is way better than i shot !

I've honestly never shot one that far out. My eyes are getting so bad I can barely make out the target at 50 yards lol The furtherest away I've shot one is 40 and that was by accident.

The best one I've done was at ASA Florida last yr. I nailed a guys Carbon Express Line Jammer pin nock with my arrow. Normally when you hit a pin nock and bushing, it deflects you really bad. Thus why so many shoot them. My arrow was a standard carbon size .246 and it hit it just right on the pin nock and drove it about 5" down into his, and stuck there. He was a good sport about it and let me keep it; he said he was going back to G nocks because he hated pin nocks, and the only reason he was shooting them was to prevent robin hoods and they obviously didn't work. LOL.

I hit one at 50 a month ago but it was a total fluke. I wasn't grouping that well and wind was blowing hard. Shoot an arrow followed by the infamous "CRACK"...it's a an unmistakable sound.

I did get one at 40 last year during a session when I was stacking them tight. Honestly I've gotten to where I hate them. I don't group much at 40-50 yards anymore. It's not so much about robin hoods as it's about damaged Fletching and nocks.

Excuses excuses...come on Crow you're not old lol

Do you use a lens?

No but I'm blind as a bat. I have to have contacts or glasses to read the screen on my lap top just an arms length away. Most people can see clearly through a 4x lens without a clarifier. I cannot. I have to use a #1 clarifier. It helps more than having nothing but its still not like having 4x on a rifle scope. My dad is nearly 60 and has good vision far off...he can see better than me, even with my corrected vision.

I shoot a #1 clarifier with a 4x lense as well . I know alot of people who have to shoot the same setup , so don't feel bad your not the only blind one around . Haha

I wear contacts....-4.25 power. I'm pretty blind.

I use a #1 clarifier with my 4x lens as well. I think the #1 clarifier knocks my lens down to a 2x.

I think I can see pretty well with the clarifier. Without the clarifier it's more magnified but blurry.

I'm not on the level of D.C. at 50 yards. I have never been able to shoot well at that distance. My groups always open up pretty wide after 30 yards or seem to.

Since getting the Pro Comp Elite, it has made me look like a good shooter, even when I'm not. I give it all the credit. This was me at 50 yards Saturday, making my yardage marks for a new tape. The 3 are touching. I repeated this over and over again and it made getting my marks very easy. I figure if I can hit a piece of 3/4 tape at 50 yards, that's good enough for me. It is a 12 ring machine. I've shot two 3D shoots with it so far and have shot the same # of 12s in both of them (9). Unreal.

D.C. -- I have everything to do the conversion with...except I'm too afraid to do it after shooting so well with the GTX cams. Before I do the conversion, I am going to track down a set of 65% letoff mods for the GTX cams and see how I like the feel of that. But as of now, if I do the Spiral X conversion, it will be after the Classic.

Got a question I'm old school and shoot a fix pin 5pin sight can u get the 4x lens and clarifier for it? I'm going blind too!!! Lol

If the sight accepts a lens yes.

To get the clarifier you'll need a Specialty Archery peep. They have several to choose from.

this is my sight it is a true glow I don't think it will take a lens but not sure!!! What would be a good fix pin sight with .10 pins that I could put a scope on????

If you get the 65% modules, order a spiral cam draw stop to try in a hole one short than normal and you'll have a bow very, very similar to a bow with "man cams!" I'm glad you're liking the Pro Comp...of course I knew you would!!!
