I have the black rack from deer society. I have some straps on my pack that I can strap them or I'll bungee them to the handle. I also have a rattle bag as a back up

I've considered just getting a rattle bag.

I've had a rattle bag for years. I don't use it a lot, but I've NEVER called a deer in with it. Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing.
