Gz! Mornings have been unreal in my neck of the woods past 3 days. Only heard a couple birds that popped off once or twice from the roost, all the others have been nice enough to gobble a hundred times before flydown

Nice job Richard. Still sounds like an exciting hunt. It looks like you still have plenty of birds but doesn't make sense why they won't gobble early.

I'm not sure either it's puzzling. I'm not hearing them way off in the distance either.
I guess they're in a weird mood. I'm hoping they get over it before season is up.
I didn't go this morning my allergies had me in a bad way.

That's weird. They've gobbled very good on the limb here but not so much after that on the ground especially after 8 o'clock. The bird I missed the Saturday before last gobbled well over a hundred times on the limb but only about three times on the ground. Of course that's not uncommon but more tight lipped on the ground than normal. Keep at it. I need to see some more pics and stories since I'll be down for a while.
