Never smack your rod on the side of the boat out of frustration from breaking a nice fish off in a tournament because on the next cast after you re tie you may get another nice fish nibbling on your jig resulting in a broken rod when setting the hook and that just may result in loosing the fish and the tournament by less than an ounce. Just sayin
