I live on the east side and don't know the area but I will bet ya I find out a lot about it if I get drawn, started hunting royal blue a lot of years ago before there were many atv's , they have about ruined the place imo , not sure what roll they will play in trying to kill a elk, Time may tell

Im tired of getting my hopes up of being drawn. Its such an isolated herd and obvious reestablishing them was a "look what we did" thing. Its accomplished nothing but more revenue for TWRA. Im out from now on.

What I read was to allow the quota winners more time to prepare and plan for the hunt. Which is a good thing I believe. I have always thought that the deer quota results should come out earlier.

Well that's crap. I've put in every year and had 0 idea they had moved this up. Horse crap. I'm sure the odds of being drawn this year were much much higher due to much less people applying. Wonder how many total applied this year vs every other year.
