Trail Cams with Timelapse

What are some of the better trail cams with time lapse. I have a neighbor that is hunting his half an acre plot that is completely surrounded by our land. The neighbor has already said if he wasn't allowed to hunt our land he is going to just shoot deer off our property and drag them back over. I am thinking a time lapse will be the best way to capture this. He has set up a blind shooting directly at the woods I will be sitting in, also has a house straight out from his blind. Thanks in advance for the camera info and any other ideas of combatting this.

Can you post an overhead pic of the property? I'm having trouble visualizing someone with 1/2 of a 1 acre plot, surrounded by your property.

Wonder how much it would cost to high fence that half acre section.... assuming three sides of his property borders yours....bit of a pipe dream I know.

Or....If you have had any timber cut in recent years you could drag and deposit piles of tree laps around his property....hedge row of tangled brush 10' high would do.

Neither easy to do....but sure fun to think about......I guess time lapse photos would work too.....post the line really good with signs and paint so it sticks when the law gets involved.

For the price, I like Browning cameras - they have time-lapse. How far is the blind off of your property line?
It is about 30-40 yards off the line. The property is like a narrow triangle cut out of our property and is out in a field, so the camera would be a little further off.

The entire strip of land is 5 acres but what is being hunted is about half an acre.

I could just drive nearly all the way around him every time he goes out. I am also worried that he will be shooting a rifle towards me and a house with no backdrop from a flat trajectory.

Yeah....after seeing overhead view and learning it's 5 acres that complicates cutting him off.....blocking deer travel would prevent him from shooting which would address the concerns of no solid backdrop.....but blocking or diverting deer from 5 acres could get expensive.....posted signs and paint on property line along with multiple cameras....and maybe a certified letter to him explaining your position along with your concerns.... this way everything is documented.

Yeah I don't want to encroach on him the way he is doing to me. I'm fine if deer naturally want to go to him. I just want him to hunt his own land and not shoot towards me or the house in the background. He can't hunt but about an acre total of his 5 acres. I park right beside where he set up his blind, so I will probably need to park my truck where the camera can see it in case he wants to mess with my vehicle.

Agree....I would in no way encroach on him....just trying to think of ways to prevent him from doing what he's stated he's going to do......also agree....if my truck was parked near his blind I would certainly have cameras running....never know.

And just to be clear....I have absolutely NO issue with someone hunting their 5 acre parcel....I've hunted many small parcels....I do however have an issue with a man telling his neighbor "let me hunt or I'll just shoot them on you and drag them over on me"....that's what spawned my high fence pipe dream.....but even fences can be cut if someone wants to be a jerk.... anyway....just wanted to clarify my comments.....I'm not a fan of trespassers and poachers.... especially arrogant ones....get them cameras up!!

Just found a deal on midway for one of the Brownings with timelapse. That will at least tell me if he is staying on his own land.
Good deal. We've only had a problem with one of our 6 or 7 Brownings in 3-4 years. I sent it back earlier this summer and they gave me 50% of my choosing on one of all their 2020 lineup. We were happy. Keep us updated....

I didn't take it that way. I think he is going to be irritated when I have to walk and drive all around him to get to my stands and the back of our property.
