This may not be the right forum...I apologize if not. I am planning on frying up wild turkey breast for the first time tonight. Do I need to put it in a brine? If so do any of you have a recommendation/recipe?
I like cutting mine into 3/4in chunks fry it, fry a little bacon, put that on a soft taco shell with some cheese and hot sauce. Turkey Casadias ( i know my spelling is bad) they are awesome!
