I have the fan and beard on a plaque for my first turkey. Any other ideas for his? We have the hull too. I haven't told him anything as I want it to be a surprise. A buddy of mine makes a shadow box that I might do but wondering if anyone else knows anything.

Fan with full cape, beard, spurs, and shell.... that would be very, very nice and a momentum worth displaying for years to come. DIY and should cost you less than $10 in materials.

I have all of those including the cape. I'm probably gonna do some type of shadow box but just trying to decide how.

That does look great! I built my own box using cedar fence boards cut to size. It measures 2'9" X 3'3" and is 3.5" deep. I had a glass company cut me the glass to fit. The cedar boards gave it a rustic look similar to old barn wood.
