Just curious as to which sling you guys prefer on those long days when you tend to cover more ground. I hate an uncomfortable sling and need one for the new Turkey gun.

I have a claw sling on my gun and love it with no slippage. My son's gun has a neoprene sling on it from Wal-Mart. I am really not sure what brand it is but works well with no slippage. I still like the claw sling better.

Every single gun I own has a Avery Outdoors Finisher sling. They're neoprene, dont slide around, cheap and comfortably absorbs the weight of the gun.

I use slogan outdoors rubber slings on my turkey guns. Go to their website and check them out as they hold tight and you can "split" them and put one over your head to hold gun tight when on a haul.

I figured the claw would be mentioned, I have never used one but it seems to be mentioned all the time. I will make sure to check them all out for sure. Thanks for all the suggestions, I really appreciate it.

used neoprene for a long time and switched to the claw on both my turkey guns. Wont go back, really like how it grips better and wont slide at all when im trying to crawl or shift. not the most comfortable BUT it works great for my hunting style.

Claw! It's my favorite. I bought a Limbsaver Kodiak a year or so ago and I like the sling but HATE the "quick detach pins". Just buy a claw and you'll be happy.
