After seeing Beekeeper's thread it reminded me to ask, has anyone here used the tough or gamy parts of the turkey to make a stock? I grow a vegetable garden every year so it would be cool to make a stock out of wild turkey and home grown vegetables. I don't want to waste the bird so maybe I can find a use for the leg meat and other parts...the wingbones of course will be made into calls.
