This is just my 3rd time ever chasing thunder chickens. I had a gobbler @ 60 yards from me. twice. .He gobbled like crazy then made a wide circle in the sage grass.His big white crown glowed and strutted in the tall grass. he circle around behind me.I was puttin on a slate call then I heard a druming sound behind me.Big rascal busted me. It was very exciting. what a great day!!!
