you don't believe that there should be some recourse for a legal hunter to retrieve a legally shot deer simply because it managed to get off of that property? sometimes a deer will go a pretty good ways before dropping. it could happen on a 200 acre farm just as it does on smaller properties. watch the dog/deer recovery videos on youtube.

I don't think dog hunters should have thee right to ignore property lines either.
coon hunters are by nearly all estimates the worst in the publics eyes. as long as they weren't running dogs before/during deer season, it wouldn't bother me as a landowner unless they chased livestock etc on the way through. had a pack tree a cat one night at a house i was staying at in Hawkins Co. them old boys were embarrassed...chasing cats, please ! :rolleyes:
