Depends on how you define "Primary Scrape" (a designation I don't like, personally). A traditional scrape is a scrape that is used every year, year after year.

AWESOME PIC!!!!! That is a Great pic I'd like to kill a piebald deer .I've seen 1 in my life that was alive. A friend of my buddy killed it , it was only a big spike though.
