Vol game

Been moving all day and no tv at new house yet. Glad it didn't see it. From what little I heard on the radio and what I've read so far it's gonna be a loooooooooong year on The Hill. Regardless I bleed orange but dangit I'm tired of bleeding. Go Vols!

I bled out years ago. Apathy has taken over. I still watch games, but no longer get torn up over losses.

I will say that Pruitt does not inspire confidence in me. He just doesn't seem like a motivator that can be so important.

Tried to warn y'all the dumpster fire was burning hot at halftime. UT liable to start 0-4. Stevie Wonder could've run untouched through the gaping holes in the Vol defense that were present all game long. The only hope against BYU is the humidity still present will wear them out early. Otherwise, it's gonna be the 21st "rebuilding year" for UT.
October 19th can't get here soon enough!!!! Roll Tide!!!!

You didn't have to warn anyone, I think we all could see how horrendous we played, I may not watch much ball this year

Vol fans pregame: "Feels like 98....something special is in the air with team 123."

Vol fans postgame: "Can't wait for basketball season to start. We're gonna go all the way this year!"

Hey Trey, can we borrow that "teams usually make the biggest jump from week one to week two" line.

:rotf: :rotf: :rotf:

Both lines are still the weakness of the team. I saw no push from either side.

I did hear one of the defensive players slip in his comments on the news this morning talking about not being prepared for GS offense, which was in the back of my mind. I have a feeling that we spent much of fall camp preparing for BYU, and spent little on GS thinking that we would win on talent alone (cough, cough).

The BYU game is huge if Pruitt is to survive THIS year. Also, let me throw in, Chaney's play calling was a huge letdown.

Yeah but I was talking about after a win. :rotf:

Saw where that's the worst lost when the team is favored by 21+ in the last forty years. And their first road win since 2017

Good post and observations.

I don't think Pruitt gets fired this year. But with the way TN is heading after yesterday things will be interesting to watch.
