Why in the Hades did Butchie not go for the Field Goal there at he end and then try for the offside kick ? He just gave up ?? Seriously ?? Did I miss something there ???

Dang boys. I cant even go watch a movie without you all screwing things up. I only watched each teams first possessions. Listened to some on the radio and it was 21-14. Left my phone in the truck and come back to this.
Congratulations Vandy and Mudbone especially. Vandy finished the season strong and the Vols didnt. It is what it is. Mudbone, you should be pretty proud of them guys. They wanted it.
In case anybody was wondering, Hacksaw Ridge is a pretty good movie, IMO anyway.

Vandys d stepped up in the second half in a huge way. Webb didn't run wild like I thought he could have, but he went over 100 and the game sealing td run when he ran over tk jr was great. I hope webb and Cunningham come back. Vandy will have pretty much the same team next year. I don't think anyone expected vandy to throw it the way they did. I'm starting to kind of like shurmur. Hes slow, but if he gets protection he can make most throws. He's got a big arm and throws a good ball.

Vandy played much better ball than their record reflected . With the exception of maybe one game they were there right into the 4th quarter and Dint quit !
They just keep improving . I don't think they will ever be a team to be a contender but much improved .

Yep, ga tech bombed em, but every other game they played they were in it to the end.
Vandy can't recruit well enough to ever be a major contender but they can shake things up and make a bowl game every season if they play well. This season shud have been different. I feel like this was our best chance. Vandy squandered wins against mizzu, sc, and KY. All games that shuda/cud been won.

Thanks . I was getting out of the car listening to it on the radio trying to rush inside to see the rest of the game and missed it . I would have assumed like most HS coaches or pee wee coaches out there that Butchie would have just punted there .
