Shoulda been Mathews starting. Thornton on the outside, has the tools but is made of glass, and Bru is tough as nails, but isnt a dynamic reciever. Sampson didnt really go tonight. Word is that he and most of the oline have had the flu over the past week but who really knows. All I know is he didnt play much so theres that.

IMO , nico had ducked all year except for the vandy game. Line hasn't been good either like you said.

Nico wasn't perfect but he played harder than he has all year. Hats off to him

Nico hasnt been as great as everybody wanted him to be. But at the end of the day, he's a RS freshman. Yeah he played well against Iowa last year on the bowl game but they were a soft as Charmin Big10 team. He has gotten better as the season has went on. Hes a gamer and hes gonna be fine. IMO
