Vols VS. SC

Nope. I don't recall ANY poster saying Vandy was any good. Mason is the worst coach in the sec by far. Now that the vols schedule is on the easy side, everyone gets Butch slapped.

Ok. Sounds good to me.

SC is favored by 8.

Would love to get the upset, but will have to see it to believe it.

I know one thing, the SC fans have to be praying that Spurrier moves on. To go from a pre-season top 10 team to 4-4 at this point has to be one of the biggest flops in his history. I think he has peaked at SC.

They're crazy if they want him fired. Bad seasons do happen, and this one is far from over.

[color:#CC0000]He went 11-2 three seasons prior to this year. That is fantastic by SC Standards..[/color].and much better than the Vols have been in the past decade. He could easily still win 7 games this year and is far more likely than not to get Bowl Eligible.[color:#CC0000] The Old Ball Coach has earned his right to have a mediocre year.

I completely agree. If anything has peaked, it would be SC's ability to live up to the level Spurrier has brought them to.

I bleed orange, but I think Spurrier's team may have found their groove against Auburn.

If SC picks up where they left off last Saturday, UT is going to need the same out of Dobbs and the rest of the team in their performance against Bama.

I got a hold of Uncle Smokey on the pay-phone, located at the Ole Swamp Diner. He told me that he just got done reading a bunch of press clipping about the Ole Ball Coach and that Northerner coach of the Vols. He told me that the OBC would have to win this game at all cost, so he could show his face in E. TN to visit his family.

Uncle Smokey kept telling me that the Northerner coach is a little confused about his starting QB and probably wouldn't have much of a game plan since he couldn't judge talent... :) Uncle Smokey also reminded me that the Northerners don't do so well in the heat.

Uncle Smokey kept mumbling that the Cobb kid could cause SC some problems. I corrected him and told Uncle Smokey that Cobb hasn't played for UT since the late 80's. After I cleared that up Uncle Smokey told me that the OBC would win 31-17... :)

Oops :D !

Uncle Smokey called that one about as bad as Spurrier did.

Uncle Smokey probably thought he had the game in the bag when all the UT fans left the stadium with 4 minutes left and was heading up I-26.

He mumbled that he can't miss this weeks prediction.

UT fans left? There were probably mors Vols there than SC fans at the end. Heck they started leaving after halftime.
