Went to Senior night at the high school bball game, but kept up with the score. Last score I saw was the 5 min mark or so, so I knew it was a good game.
Rewound it on the DVR to about 12 mins and watched. Very entertaining game. Had chances to fold, but we took the punches and came back fighting. Great win.
BTW, I LOVED Vitale's analysis of Cal's animation on the sidelines :roll: ! But, while obviously leaning heavily on cheerleading for KY, thought they were fair when the rupperees showed up. How in the world did they add time to clock? Barnes needs to get an explanation on that one. I'm pretty certain that the clock is automatically controlled by the refs whistle, so there should be no way that one could argue time should be added. Oh well, great win!

First KY sweep since 1999. I hope Texas regrets firing Barnes. He was a great pickup for the Vols.

They have done very well in the win column..But what impresses me is the L column.
Their Defense has stepped up in a big way.Unless they choke on the prosperity..I look for good things in March.
The ones they lost ..or at least some of the top tier teams were nip and tuck ...and frankly, we should have won some of these...like Villanova and North Carolina...among others.
And Rick Barnes was a great hire for Tenn. I just don't know what Texas was thinking????

I personally think rick Barnes is one of the best college coaches in today's men's NCAA game.
I mean how many coaches can you name that's still coaching right now at a high level that's better then him right now & career wise? Not many.
645 wins at places like Clemson,Texas, & Tennessee.
10 times he was made it to the sweet 16 or further in march. And right now his got this real young vols team playing at a high level.
