Vols vs Utah St.

Vols defense was what surprised me so much. The offense left to many points on the field in first half but overall I was very pleased.

what about direct tv?

Why do you even care? You're going to piss and moan about how NFL is the "real" football.

if you can read you would have seen that I stated real football is played on Sunday- and its Sunday. NFL is best, but college sure beats nothing!

Shut up

Vols look much improved. South Carolina looked bad, A&M and GA looked really good, Auburn, LSU and Alabama looked OK, Vandy looked bad...it will take 3 games or so really get a good feel of how teams are.

lol, yes sir

The defense is much improved, but no matter what the "experts" said, I'm not sure that Utah St. is as good as they have been the past two years.

Worley was sharp and the WRs and TE are strengths.

The OLine didn't open many holes for the run game, so that will be a problem going forward.

Overall, a very solid opening game.

They did start good, and they finished good, but in between was very slow and non productive imo. Talking to my cousin during the game and told him that, each time Tn punts to another sec team chances are that they will be scoring on them. Defense looked really good, but still, this Utah team ain't sec, and not a ranked team either, despite the attempted hype over their qb. I do think they have extreme talent that, when they gel a little more each game could be an awesome sight to watch. Really liked how Worley calmly lead them, and how poised he was in the hurry up off. Thinking they will upset a couple this year. ;)

Utah St QB didn't look a 100% from the opening snap. He walked with a limp the whole game. The other big red flag would be UT only avg. 2.8 yards a carry against Utah St. and a team that was missing 2 of their best defensive players.

Do agree with the comments about Worley and UT defense looked better. The OU and GA game will be a good test..... :)

Florida looked good. I think they will win at least 5 games.

TN defense definitely improving. Offensive line needs to improve fast.
