One Scenic City Fishing Guide - Capt. Scott Lillie - is an expert on deep water trolling techniques. Occasionally he heads FAR away from Chattanooga to pursue lake trout on Watauga Reservoir. Yesterday I went along with he and client, Mike Ernst (on TNDeer but I don't know his screen name). I was serving as First Mate and official videographer. We endured some ugly rain early and less than desirable conditions... but Mike is hardcore and didn't mind "doin' the work." The end result was a GREAT day chasing Watauga lakers.
