Here's my weather for each day so far.

Day 1 Cold and fog
Day 2 rain
Day 3 fog
Day 4 frigid cold with wind
Day 5 blowing snow
Day 6 frigid cold with 2" snow on ground and freezing fog
Day 7 white out freezing fog

Miraculously I've killed 2 birds here but the weather is absolutely a joke it's so bad. I'm tired of being cold, lol

dude I have not had but 1 morning all season where I didnt have to wear cold weather gear and wasnt cold for a good 2 hours. I am so sick of being cold
Preach brother!! My feet are frozen right now and I've got enough clothes on I can barely move. Been recreationally climbing this morning to try and stay warm

Other than my hands I haven't been cold. When it was 26° the other morning I just wore my deer hunting jacket and gloves and brought hand warmers. I guess turkeys get the blood pumping hotter than waiting for a deer to show up. Lol

I've only hunted two mornings due to the weather. I don't want to burn my limited time hunting in bad weather.

The cold doesn't bother me except for my feet, but they are a lost cause. With the heat I generate after a good walk, I can sit for an hour or more in just my pants, t-shirt, and camo vest.

I did sit out Saturday because of the wind.

I much prefer these type mornings than hot and humid.

Being FL kid I'll take hot and humid over cold every day of the week minus Christmas

I love hot and humid and would take it over this cold crap

As terrible as it has been, turkeys have actually gobbled decent on the limb each morning. This morning it really kicked into high gear up high though. Clear, cold and calm this morning. Decided to listen from one of my highest perches to basically take inventory on a side of the mountain I have not hunted yet. Heard 4 different Gobblers on 4 different points gobble good till just after flydown. Had to be back at the house for a hay delievery at 11:00. Decided not to "engage" today, but going to introduce myself these next couple of days sure'nuff ;)

I'd agree with you. Roost gobbling has been strong and bird numbers seems okay. After fly down it's brutally tough though.

Middle TN has been great except for this past Saturday. That's the only day the weather affected the birds in the 8 days of the season I've been afield. Even on Saturday as cold and windy as it way, we still managed to eek out 1 bird. Overall, there has been the steady decline in population, but because there are so few hens left, the gobblers have been going crazy this year. I've literally seen more male birds than female birds.

Serious rain this weekend for the LBL quota and another temp drop. Sucks!

Haven't updated this ina few days, but here's my last 3 hunts. Friday hurricane force winds the entire time, Saturday again 40 mph sustained wind, Sunday monsoon rain and hurricane winds.

I didn't have the balls to go this morning. Lol

My latest Stewart Co weather was pouring rain at gobble time on Sunday and then wind/some snow the rest of the day, and then snow and 15mph wind this morning. Zero gobbles either morning/day. So much for global warming.
