I just can't fish a cork. It works great, but I love to feel the bite itself and not stare at a cork.

Going to try tiny Ned rigs on bottom with light tackle this winter to see how they work in upper 40deg water temps.

When in Rome…… they are great for long cast , searching, and getting onto the edge the grass where the reds hide from flipper

Very nice! I'm itching to head to the SC coast for a 3-4 day camping and fishing trip. St Helena Island is calling. This is the time of year the redfish and trout really get fired up.

And as a bonus, when I find them, I throw a cast net and scoop up some nice size shrimp.
