What’s the most accurate CHEAP .22 you have found?

I really don't like the idea of a rear rest for competition, to me it takes some of the shooter out of it and centers more on equipment. when you only have to dope the wind and squeeze the trigger, never shot a match but a front rest is all I would use. most of those folks payed more for the gun rest than I did for my rifle lol

You should go shoot a match or buy some cards and shoot them in your yard. There's a little more to it than dope the wind and squeeze the trigger.

I picked up an old marlin 100 the other day. I need to replace the broken butt plate.

Center bull and top left are it at 25yds standing off hand 5 shots each bull.

Pretty cool old rifle.

I have shot well over 50K rounds of 22 in my 63 years, a full rifle rest takes a lot of the human out of it imo.

Congratulations, I don't disagree but if you think it's dope and click you're wrong. You need to shoot some cards.

25 dots per card, in the league I'm in if conditions are decent you'll need 14-15 dots to win in factory class. Custom class you'll need 17-20 and in unlimited you'll need 20-25.

If you're shooting for fun or hunting practice then you don't need a rear rest . If you're shooting for score and you're interested in anything above last place you need a rear rest.

What's the most common rifle in factory class?

Shot my 6arc at about 40y, took 7 shots to put it where I wanted, here are the last 2, it started about 4" right and 8" low. Moved it up 1 click after the last shot, will have to fine tune at 200y, spoton app said 1/2" at 40y for a 200y zero.

Probably the cz mtr or the cz varmint. Very few Bergaras, they seem to have a lot of feeding issues.

The league in Ky has started having more tikkas show up. I'm a T1x guy myself. I shoot againt a few anschutz as well

Factory light has to weigh under 8lbs 4oz and anything above is factory heavy. If you change stocks or barrels you're in custom. Any barrel device, tuner, comp or suppressor you go unlimited.
