Set a holographic reflex on my auto for duck hunting, mallards, a few years ago (haven't duck hunted past couple of years) just for kicks. The redical used was the circle with dot in middle. Would lead the duck and as soon as it touched the circle, send it. Worked rather well, did't try it on dove though the season was past. Don't know if it would work on a bird 1/4 size of a duck and darting all over. Try it next season let me know.
