I have been looking pretty hard at the Rinehart 18-1 target, but it was mentioned in a thread that it may be too small. I would think that it would force me to hit a smaller target, possibly improving my accuracy in the long run. Anybody using the Rinehart?

For long term field point usage , a good bag target is hard to beat .I have a Morell Yellow Jacket bag target works well for field points . I use a block for broadheads and field points , and also have Mckenzie 3-D and Delta 3-D targets .
Rinehardts are good , but if you are just starting out , you will probably miss the smaller target more often and spend allot of time searching for arrows .

ive been using and selling the spyderweb target IMO they are the best field tip target and you wouldnt believe how easy the arrows come out you can actually pull them with 1 finger. They have also been tested to 55,000 shots they simply are great targets. In 07 i shot through 3 block style targets a 4x4 the block and a hipps and in 08 i shot even more most of the time i average 100 - 200 shots per day and this target will last me through 09 too so ive actually saved money. I buy the cheapest i can find foor broadheads because they simply wont last getting shredded by the blades. Let me know if you have any more questions about the spyderweb. Ive shipped them everywhere and everyone loves them

Ive got a Block 4X4 last season. Its big, heavy and a little pricey but seems to be a quality target. Easy arrow removal good for field tips and broadheads, you can also shoot all 4 sides which should make the target last twice as long as conventional 2 sided targets. I think its rated @ bows up to 400fps.

I decided on the Red Head Deluxe target bag. It is plenty big and has several bulls eyes to aim at. I will get a foam layered target closer to season to shoot broadheads.

I shoot all of my broadheads at the Block 4x4 Elite.
It's the largest size they make.
Also have the large Block 4x4 for field tips.

I shoot both in 100gr.

I set each out in my yard, and climb my tree.
Then i use my rangefinder before taking the shot.
I have the Leupold model that does the math for inclined shots for both rifle, and it has a bow mode also.

I like a bag target or something similar for field tips. I like the Yellow Jacket broadhead target I have. Just don't shoot it will a field point.

Or better yet, get a Glenndale Full rut and shoot a target with 4 legs and antlers.

I wont one of those myself.

the full rut is a nice target but it just dont last too long. Do yourselves a favor guys and take a look at the spyderweb you will be glad you did they are the best field tip target you will ever shoot and they tested them to 55000 shots
