Still carrying horns in west TN at the Agricenter.

2023 is no doubt, hands down, the winner of most acorns/akerns ever.

Good luck convincing me otherwise.
In my area, both 2021 and 2023 were HUGE acorn crops.

I've been tracking my local acorn crop every year since 1987, and on a scale of 0 to 10 (zero = absolutely no acorns, and 10 = the bumper crop from Hell), I've only given the annual crop a 10 three times, 1995, 2021, and 2023. I've given the crop a zero 4 times, 1987,1998, 2007, and 2022.

Saw one driving and one on camera today still holding full racks! Haven't seen a racked buck on camera in weeks.

I think last fall's acorn crop is playing a big role in deer being much healthier than normal this spring. Also, our winter was fairly mild, with only one harsh period temperature-wise.
