How much are they paying? I've got one for em…
Does the fee include sitting in your garage with door open as a blind, with a microwave for snacks, and a TV for a football game? If so I'm going back to urban deer hunting!
Yep my house was right by the baseball fields. The woods from the river bottom connected to my house. They would come up and tear up my cypress trees every year this time of year. I used to bike all through Percy Warner all the way over to Belle Meade and back about 3 times a week. I never did see the volume or quality deer I used to back that way when I was in high school in the late 90s.

The live version of the pic is even better because you can hear September by Earth Wind & Fire blaring over the outdoor speakers. Not phased by much apparently. It's a good setup, nice big carport with speakers so you can listen to some music while you wait. Can put a microwave out for an additional fee.
