Who cans venison?

Just curious. I think it's excellent way to keep freezer cleaned out of last year's deer. It's good right out of the jar! Stew, soup, sandwiches, etc. What recipes do you use it in?

Similar to roast or stew meat. Very easy to do. Any recipes out there different than usual?

My favorite way to eat venison.
Add a small hot pepper. It doesn't take much.
I wonder if one could can goose to make it any better?
