Who all is out this evening? I sat this morning out due to the high winds. It's no better now but I figured with this front getting ready to push through that it might be worth it.

I went this morning. Bout got sea sick from rocking in a tree. Let a small six walk. It's on though…

I just got out here on a ridge top on public land close to the river. High winds on the leading edge of a cold front have been good to me in the past, but they can also make you seasick. Wind direction is good-but-not-great for this location, and had to make a bit of a ruckus getting in and setup, but hopefully it will be good.

I plan to sleep in a bit in the morning and let the rain clear before going in, which also may make me abandon the River since it will take longer and I don't want a boat full of rainwater

Me to, I never have had to mental toughness to sit more than 4-5 hrs.

I had my snacks at by 1. That's been the toughest part.

Put about 4 hours in a stand this morning. Just climbed up in the stand for this afternoon about 10 minutes ago.

Wind doing some funky stuff here right now. Hoping something better than what we have been getting on cams comes along.

It's deer season so I'm out. Been trying since velvet weekend but nothing yet. Wife and kids been wanting jerky so I might have to pop a doe. Would really rather cooler weather so I don't feel rushed to get one skinned and boned.

Just had a shooter chasing a doe come through. He wasn't stopping...2 younger bucks made their way through shortly after

Funny, wind has been mostly good, but occasionally has shifted to an S wind which is not good. Still only seen a very few birds, no squirrels, no deer. Woods just seem dead for some reason. Got a little under an hour and a half still so hopefully something comes through. Usually see squirrels and bald eagles on this location

Been in blind since about 1:30. Saw a fresh rub where I dragged my doe out yesterday. Hope he makes it out this evening.

Yep my camera has been pretty steady since 2pm
