is there a good way to grill wild turkey? when I killed it, I just deboned it and froze it. I hate for it to go to waste and I have a new charcoal grill that I'm dying to fire back up! any suggestions are appreciated!

Turkey stew:
Turkey
kidney beans
tomatoes
onion
garlic
rice
carrots
celery
corn
greenbeans
1 red bell pepper
chicken stock
black pepper
salt
basil
oregano
red pepper flakes

make a big pot add crusty bread of choice and salad.

Grilled turkey breast is awesome. You can marinate it or just sprinkle with Mccormick's for chicken.
Best wild game there is.
If you really want the ultimate grill it till almost done then slice it into strips and throw it in with pasta and mushroom alfreado. Warning though you will hurt yourself eating it.

I've successfully grilled wild turkey many times, all of them skinless. Marinate and season as you see fit, drape a few pieces of cheapo (thinnest slice you can find) bacon, then grill on a medium fire, not a blazing one like you would a steak.

There's no mystery to wild turkey, cooks nearly exactly like its domestic counterpart.

this isn't "grilled' but its prob the best wild turkey i've eaten

* 1 pound bacon, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
* Cajun poultry seasoning, as needed
* 4 tablespoons butter or margarine, divided
* 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
* 1 (2-pound) boneless turkey breast, cut into 1-inch chunks
* 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
* 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

In a large, heavy skillet, add bacon and sprinkle it with Cajun seasoning. Fry until crisp. Drain, discard grease and set aside. In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter, and sauté the chopped onion until tender. Remove onion, and set aside. In a large bowl, combine turkey, 2 tablespoons of oil, Worcestershire sauce and more Cajun seasoning. In the same skillet, heat remaining butter and oil until sizzling. Add turkey, bacon and onion. Sauté until turkey is brown and tender. Serve entree over rice. The dish yields 4 to 6 servings.

Grilled turkey cabobs. As stated, marinate with whatever you choose. I have never seen the need for bacon, but I'm sure it's good. I mean, it's bacon :D !
