Interesting comparison that Pruitt and Taggart both have 9-12 records. It got Taggart fired before he could finish his second year at F$U.
Do we get to hear the speech about how Florida is a more football talent rich state than Tennessee or is that going to be held back until signing day?

Taggart came to a 7-6 FSU who had been 10-3 the year before and one of the top of the ACC. Pruitt inherited a 4-8 UT team coming off its worst season in school history, at the bottom of the SEC, and in the toughest conference in college football.

Urban may take it, would be interesting, espeacially those rivalry games

F$U AD already stated publicly that he wouldn't hire Urban. Also rumored that Urban might be joining Mullins at UF (recruiting coordinator).

It is only money. Maybe the ACC network will give us some money. Recruits have been jumping off the boat with little chance of getting them back. Maybe now FSU can salvage some. :rotf: Noles need to go and get a Pro coach.

7-6 in the ACC would be 3-9 or 4-8 in the SEC. Fisher left the program in a mess, especially the culture. Taggart obviously wasn't the guy to rebuild the program. FSU will have to get someone that can really recruit to get the program headed in the right direction. That means not signing 9 dbs and not a QB in the recruiting cycle.

Wow. That graphic has to kill FL fans. No excuse to not be a perennial top-10 team every year.

Nope.... lots of teams poach FL for talent. Just the way it's always been. The state of Ga has been coming on the last several years. It all comes in cycles and UF is now the best team in FL.... :tu:
