Congrates again tasaman on your 2 boys completing the hunter safety course. I know you are a proud father. It is honor to be there for someone's first turkey and hope that we can get it done for them.
 
Well chebuck got it done for James. I'll let him tell the story since I was with Scott at that time. Second day Scott got up at 330 and all ready to go waiting on me! "Come on, we don't want to be late!" Ok ok I'm coming. So we put in a very full day and watched a BUNCH of birds for several hours. Quite a show. A few came near at about 50-55 yards and just not close enough for the gun and the kid so we didn't have a shot that day. We stayed and even watched the turkey go to roost at 715. Like I said it was a long day.

I can't thank cheybuck and Roost 1 enough for helping put the boys on birds. I am very grateful. I am hoping that Scott gets his soon for as much work he put in he deserves one.

Better late than never. I've been busy with work and chebuck the same from what I hear. Here is James with his DOUBLE BEARD JAKE! The other photo is cheybuck with James and Scott. A great couple of days in the woods.
