Hey everyone looking for an outboard motor for the duck boat. Nothing fancy my 1974 finally has quit. I have steering setup now so would like to either have that or at least have a tiller setup with the option later for me to buy steering. Preferably not a mud motor but for the right price I'll look. Anything from a 9.9 to a 40hp 2 or 4 stroke. It's going on an 18ft Jon boat. I'm not looking to race to a spot or set any land speed records. Would like to stay under $2,000. I'm in middle TN but can drive for the right motor.
