WY landowner tags

Figured I'd share this. If you think getting a tag in WY is hard now, wait and see if this passes.
It would allow landowners to sell off their tags.
Personally, I'd be ok with it but as it is now the landowner tag is good for the entire area. Make where it's only good for their land and I could get behind it. But in reality, that's not why they want this. They want to capitalize on the tags.

I think New Mexico has a similar system.
For a purely selfish reason, I wish MT would do that so I could hunt my BIL land every year.

MT has a program that would allow you to have preference in the draw if your BIL completes the necessary paperwork and meets the criteria.

Can't argue that!
I'll say this. I have some friends that ranch 10,000 acres and they dont mess with the landowner tag deal. I don't know why but I inquired and he said "I just don't want to mess with it".
