Browning for non cell
Good to know Wes. Thanks for posting. I'll remember that when clients ask about good still image cameras. I strictly use video, but for census work, I want still images.I do mostly pics, not video, so I am a fan of the Browning Dark Ops models.

One thing I like about the Dark Ops series is they only require 6 AA batteries, and these units are much smaller (less visible to wildlife & humans) than most other cams.
I own 2-3 different year models/versions of the Dark Ops and they have all been solid over the years.I ordered a couple Browning Dark Ops.
For most of my purposes, still images are better, and can be reviewed in a fraction the time required to view even short 10-second video clips.I strictly use video, but for census work, I want still images.
There's a flash deal going on these right now for 59.98Garde Pro A5 from Amazon. Best camera I've ever used.
I have a couple those, and they are ok,
but very far from approaching "best".
The pics are clear and the battery life is great.
Compared to most other brands now, Garde Pro programming sucks,
as it's not very intuitive.
They are a good value for their cost.
But for me, various Browning models are a better value and better period.
I'm really happy you're pleased with them.Your recommendation is the reason I ever tried them in the first place
Have you tried the E5S?Garde Pro A5 from Amazon. Best camera I've ever used.
