I was wondering if anyone has children shooting a bow. I have a 13 and 10 year old that has been shooting a recurve some this year. I would like to move them up to a nice youth compound bow this coming year, maybe for a christmas present. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good make and model for this age of children. They are close to size and strength even though they are a couple years apart in age. So maybe they could shoot the same bow to see if they continue with interest in the sport. Their main use for the bow would be shooting 3-D shoots next year. I wouldn't rule out a quality used bow either. Thanks........

the new matthews mission series menace is probably your best bet. They go for like 250 new, but the catch is, they can be adjusted from 17-30 draw length, and the weight adjustments are something like 16lbs to 52 lbs. Its really the best offer around i think. I'm not even a matthews guy! (yet ;) )

We looked closely at the chaos for my girlfriend as well, but it wasnt in pink yet. That might have pushed her towards it a little more though!

I'm leaning toward the PSE Chaos. She wants a pink PSE Chaos but I'm trying to talk her into camo for resale purposes.

gbee. The Chaos is a sweet bow. And it will grow with them. Easy to change the draw lenght

Wished id seen this post sooner. I just sold my sons Hoyt bow to a friend.
