I'm at work today but tomorrow starts my series of vacation days over next several weeks....off Wed, Thurs and Friday this week. Mon, Tues and Wed next week....Then off a few days around Thanksgiving....hunted all day last Saturday saw 5 different bucks, one mature 9pt but he was to far...hadnt seen any hard chasing yet, little pestering by younger bucks...headed up the rut bell curve for our area in northern middle TN....best days are ahead.

Will that qualify as a cull for you or is that your "good" for lack of a better term deer for the year? Seems like I remember you saying everyone gets one of each on your ground.
I misjudged him and thought he was 130in and 20 inside, so shot him as my buck of choice. No cameras on this farm, first time I've hunted there this year.

He had way shorter tines than I realized, so ended up only scoring 117in, even with 21.75 and 20.5in beams, official 19.75inside.

So technically he is a cull (4.5yo less than 120), but I shot him as my buck of choice due to age and spread, so I won't shoot anything else unless it's one of our 4.5 or older bucks under 100in.

Buck chasing a doe about 8am. 1 side was broke off above brow tine and beam was broke off just past g3 on other side. Looked like it might have been a 120 class before it got busted up
