20 mph wind dropping to 18 mph at last light.

Waste of time to sit 20 to 18 mph wind on public?

If there ain't many trucks there, I would still hunt my way through the woods. Killed one of my biggest in 20-25 mph winds just easing through the woods
As posted, their senses aren't 100% and you can slip up on em. Especially if you're familiar with the terrain, it's one of the best times to ease thru the woods.
Be ready.

Absolute waste of time in my opinion unless you are still hunting. In my experience, deer do move in high winds but the catch is they can smell you much better. All those high winds do is blow your scent around for every animal in the woods to smell you. Deer are also more alert in high winds because they can't hear as well.
