Why not start a thread for the end product. Fried up one of the breast from my Alabama turkey this evening. Mixed up some fresh ranch for dipping too. Hard to beat. Post yours up

I already ate my 2 :) one was slow smoked with mesquite after 8h in brine. The leftovers (mostly dark meat) went into a gumbo that was to die for. Smoked Turkey and andouille sausage makes the best gumbo ever.

The other one got fried. I'm actually getting tired of that one for some reason.

Next one is getting ground with maplewood bacon. Makes for unreal turkey burgers.

I love some Ranch, in particular homemade Ranch. That junk you buy at Kroger/WalMart labeled Ranch Dressing is not Ranch Dressing.
this was homemade, the best kind. Buttermilk, mayo and ranch seasoning

What's your ranch recipe cat? That sounds tasty!!! I've got whole buttermilk, and some dukes mayo and I can get the rest!
the recipe is on the back of the jar of ranch seasoning. It was 1 cup mayo, 1 cup milk and 1.5 TBSP seasoning. It was too runny so I added more mayo and a lil more seasoning.

Trying to eat a little better tonight.
Turkey breast from this morning's bird, marinated in raspberry vinaigrette dressing and finished on the grill. Sliced and served with a mixed greens and baby spinach salad with walnuts, dried cranberries and a granny smith apple.

You must mean Tennessee City, Vermont. A man attempts to put ketchup on my famous fried crappie he will be asked politely, yet firmly, to leave! [emoji16]

I don't hate ranch. A lot of the women I date eat it.

Turk schnitzel, with a paleo lectin free twist.
Quick recipe is salt n pepper the pounded breast cutlets, dip in egg wash then dip in cassava flour. Bacon grease, avocado oil, olive oil or unsalted butter (I used bacon grease this time as I had some that was fresh).
Kinda fry/sauté the schnitzel. I use just enough oil/grease to cover the bottom of the pan and not submerge the meat.
My wife is very sensitive to wheat flour so the cassava works well and does something spectacular when it comes to tenderizing, of course no bread crumbs either. Other oils are just plain nasty and I avoid using them 90% of the time.

Good old collard greens and some champagne made for a great wrap up to a fun KY opener.
